Our factory has a Main plant and a Tool Room having:- 

• Powered & Pneumatic Presses of 100T, 50T(3 Nos.), 40T, 32T (2 Nos.) 30T & Hydraulic Press 150T & 10T.
• MIG/ MAG Welding Machines (9 Nos.)& spot welding m/c(1 No).
• SPM’s like Orbital TIG Welding, MIG/MAG Rotary Welding.
• A Tool Room cum Machine shop having Center Lathe, Milling Machine, Shaper, Surface Grinder, Drilling Machine,
• EDM (Spark Erosion m/c) & Wire-cut m/c.
• Tool & Cutter Grinder and other Auxiliary Machines & Equipments like, Material Handling Equipments (Hydraulic Pallet Trolley & Stacker etc.) are also available. All requisite precision measuring instruments / gauges and accessories are also used for accurate measuring.
• Installed Power is 40 HP & Generated Power is 82.5 KVA with an AirCompressor of 15HP.
• Installed Power generator Capacity-77.3kw/105HP, RPM 1500.
• Installed Pneumatic Presses of 63T (2 No’s.),
• Installed Pneumatic Presses of 40T (1 No.)
• Installed mechanical Presses of 30T (1 NO.S)
• Installed Hydraulic 150 Ton Machine
• Installed Coil Feeder (1NO.S)
